Direct access to Rackspace control panel
It would be neat to add the possibility to directly access the Rackspace control panel where we can:
- add/remove/edit email addresses
- add DKIM records
- change the webmail login url
- add webmail Company logo
- and other things Rackspace offer to their direct customers

We have added the ability to manage emails addresses within the Cloudways platform, using the built-in integration on the platform you add/remove/edit email addresses and also set aliases and catch-all. we believe the platform integration is enough to handle the needs of our customers for more details please refer to https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5133515-how-to-use-rackspace-email-add-on

Yes This is needed! Especially password management via api or dedicated dashboard. It's almost pointless to offer the email service. If you end up with a lot of accounts, its a nightmare to manage the way it currently is setup.

Due to the way that Rackspace is set up. Cloudways can't give us access to the control panel because that would mean that we'd have access to everyone's accounts - everyone who's using the add-on, not just our own. What they can do, however, is make use of the Rackspace API to give us more functionality in the Cloudways Control panel, provided that Rackspace offers more functionality through the API. If you want direct access to a Rackspace Control Panel, you'd have to sign up directly at Rackspace for the same reseller type account that Cloudways is using to manage our add-ons email accounts. That said, I've added my vote to this request because I'd like more Rackspace email functionality in the Cloudways control panel. Here's hoping that it's possible through the API.

Advanced admin settings within Cloudways Panel would be fantastic. I'm on the crossroad desicion to stay with Cloudways addon or start my own Rackspace reseller account even if that means less revenue for me. I'd like to have more control over email accounts.

I came here because CloudWays has support for Rackspace Email, I needed to migrate serveral sites so I needed a service with Rackspace Email to make a sweet transition.
But I was disappointed to see the limited control panel CloudWays offers. My suggestion is not to try to upgrade the CloudWays panel but to let us enter to the full Rackspace Email panel.
For me, the most important missing feature is to add administrators with limited access to manage their own accounts.
