Prenotification of scheduled maintenance
When the server provider has scheduled maintenance planned, Cloudways should notify server admin (via cloudways bot & email?) that scheduled maintenance is planned, including timescales and servers affected.
it is much more professional for us to let our clients know that downtime is likely rather than our clients to contact us complaining of application downtime.

This caused us significant distress over the weekend. There was an email sent only to the owner that there was impending server maintenance. Despite having a Channel setup via CloudwaysBot, no one was notified that there was impending downtime. The first time I found out about it was when my uptime monitor pinged and I saw that my site was down. The sever status page did include a notification, but we were not warned ahead of time.
I chatted with support and they confirmed that impending Server Downtime messages don't go out through the Channel system.
This is a ridiculous oversight.

Yes, yes, yes. Surely this is not a request, but a requirement? I've just spent 30mins in a chat with CW support trying to figure out what servers were rebooted last night only to find out it was due to a maintenance window by Vultr. Complete waste of 30mins - If I had received the notification I would not have had to chat support.
I can't believe it has not been implemented since first being suggested in 2020.
