Have more users with super admin permissions
A common use case is that the business owner or someone administrative will own the account, but someone else (like IT manager) would be actually managing the systems.
Right now, the main account holder is the only person who can add users so it brings the top cat to do crappy techy work they hate doing. We need a way to grant permissions to another member with full capabilities.

This makes sense, especially for teams where ownership and day-to-day system management are separate, and forcing one person to handle everything just adds friction. A setup like pearl's minuets, pet service, royalton (https://pearllemonpets.ca/) would benefit from delegating full permissions without bottlenecking routine admin work.
