Create a way to download the ElasticEmail logs without logging in to the Cloudways portal.
There needs to be a way to have the ElasticEmail logs retrieved without having to log in to the Cloudways portal.
This is an easy thing to forget to check often, and the logs are not eternal so if you forget to do it the logs are gone forever.
We use ElasticEmail at Cloudways solely for sending contact forms from WordPress websites. When a form has multiple recipients at different email domains it is very important to verify the email are being sent and, if not, to see the reason so it may be addressed.
How often should we check those logs? Ideally every day, but at least weekly so the logs will not be lost. Logging in to do this is very tiring because they are not easily viewable in the portal. They are in CSV format and have to be downloaded, then converted to a separate application such as Excel or LibreOffice.
Please configure an option for these email logs to be retrieved in an automated manner.
One suggestion I have is to create an app on a server in the Cloudways account (basic PHP will do) and have the logs saved there so I can build an interface to do the rest.
Thank you for urgent and aggressive action on this.

I agree that automated access to ElasticEmail logs would be a valuable improvement. Having to manually log in, download CSV files, and review them regularly can be time-consuming, especially when troubleshooting email delivery issues across multiple domains. An API endpoint, scheduled export feature, or automated log archival option would make monitoring much more efficient and reduce the risk of losing important data.
Proper record management and automated retrieval systems are essential for many online platforms. Similar principles are used in registration and tracking systems such as https://pseronlineregistrations.pk, where easy access to records helps users manage information more effectively. A streamlined log management solution would definitely improve the Cloudways user experience.

I fully agree—we need automated log retrieval. For handling critical tasks as smoothly as https://theepfoportal.com/umang-app/ simplifies government services, this missing automation is a real roadblock.

I completely understand the inconvenience of having to log in to the Cloudways portal repeatedly to download and view your ElasticEmail logs, especially when they need to be checked frequently for troubleshooting email issues, like ensuring contact forms are being sent correctly or visit: https://ssoids.com/.
To address this issue, I recommend setting up an automated system to retrieve the logs without requiring manual logins each time. Since you already suggested a simple PHP app, this could be a viable solution. By creating a script that pulls the logs automatically on a regular basis (daily or weekly, based on your preference), we can store them securely and make them easily accessible without needing to log into the portal.
Additionally, integrating this process with an interface would allow you to view and analyze the logs directly, saving you the trouble of downloading and converting CSV files manually each time.
