Create a 'Billing' link on new sidebar menu
In your new unified.cloudways.com dashboard can we please create a 'Billing' link in the left pop-out menu area as it takes a long time to drill down into my profile to find billing related items. Just UX improvements.

I completely agree with this suggestion. Having a dedicated “Billing” link directly in the sidebar would significantly improve the overall user experience. Right now, navigating through profile settings just to access billing details can feel unnecessarily time-consuming, especially for users who frequently check invoices, usage, or payment methods.
Since the new Cloudways interface is designed to make navigation faster with a structured sidebar, it makes sense to include billing there as a primary option rather than hiding it under account settings.
Also, with recent updates focusing on consolidating billing information into a single section, improving accessibility becomes even more important.
From a usability perspective, reducing clicks and making important sections visible can save time and improve workflow, especially for agencies or users managing multiple projects.
I’ve noticed a similar thing while working on my own site https://wafflemenus.us/
, where keeping navigation simple and content easy to access makes a big difference in how users interact with the platform. Clear structure always improves usability.Overall, this is a small but very practical UX improvement that could benefit a lot of users

Hy Guys,
Adding a clear Billing link in the new sidebar is a smart move, especially if you want users to quickly access payments, invoices, or subscription details without digging through multiple pages. Keeping it visible but not intrusive usually improves overall navigation flow.I’ve noticed the same principle works well on content-heavy sites too. For example, on https://thepandaexpressmenu.com we organize sections like menu prices, nutrition info, and family meals in a structured layout so visitors can instantly find what they need. A well-placed Billing link can create that same smooth experience for your users. -

Homestyle staples abound on the Waffle House menu, making it ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time of day. In addition to offering burgers, sandwiches, steaks, and substantial platters, it is well-known for its golden waffles, fluffy omelets, and crispy hashbrowns with an endless array of topping options. https://getwafflehousemenu.com/

If you're thinking about intuitive billing UX or streamlining navigation in sidebars, take a look at how 7 Brew restructured their entire drive-thru model for speed and personalization. Totally different industry, but the same UX principles apply. More on that here: https://the7brewmenus.com/
