Allow Single Email Account to Own and Join Multiple Sites

I've been thoroughly enjoying your platform's capabilities and everything it has offered in terms of performance and user experience. However, I've encountered a limitation that I wanted to bring to your attention, as it has significant implications for my workflow as a consultant.
I am the owner of a small consulting company and handle my own website hosted on Cloudways. Recently, I was invited to join my client's ecommerce project as a team member on your platform. Unfortunately, I was unable to accept the invitation because my email is already registered as an owner of another site. This system design presents a significant inconvenience since, as a consultant, I need to own my site and simultaneously be a member of my clients' sites, who rightfully need to maintain ownership of their respective projects.
To work around this issue, I had to create a second account with a different email address, which is not ideal for managing my projects efficiently. Other service providers, like Pantheon, allow a single email account to be linked to multiple roles across different sites, which is incredibly beneficial for users like myself who manage multiple projects.
I believe that enabling a single email to function both as an owner and a member across different sites would greatly enhance the user experience and flexibility of Cloudways, especially for consultants and developers who operate across various teams and projects.
