I want to start by saying thank you to the Cloudways platform. It is impressive how simple it makes handling intricate server configurations, and it has made a big difference in my workflow. However, I've identified a few areas, particularly in alerting and monitoring for resource utilisation, where I think some significant improvements may be made.

Although the presently available monitoring tools offer fundamental insights into servers metrics, I believe they could be improved, especially with regard to real-time resource utilisation monitoring (CPU, RAM, disc I/O, etc.). For instance, there have been times when the CPU use of my server rises out of nowhere, causing slowdowns or even outages. On the other hand, promptly notified or a thorough explanation of the potential causes of the problem are not always provided by the existing system.

I think the following ideas could be very helpful to users:

Advanced Alerts: A feature that allows you to customise thresholds for different indicators (such CPU utilisation above 85%) and get real-time notifications through SMS, email, or third-party apps like Slack.

Detailed Analytics: A more in-depth analytics panel that provides insights and historical data trends, enabling users to spot patterns and possible bottlenecks over time.

Process-Level Monitoring: The capacity to keep an eye on certain server processes or apps in order to get a better idea of what might be suddenly eating resources.

Integrated Auto-Scaling Suggestions: Advice and recommendations derived from resource usage statistics that assist users in determining whether to increase or decrease their server capacity.
