How to optimize WordPress performance when using Cloudways + Redis?
Hello everyone,
I am using Cloudways to host a WordPress website with an average traffic of ~5,000 visits/day.
I have enabled Redis, set up caching, and optimized images, but the site still loads slowly sometimes (especially on the home page and product pages).
My question is:
Are there any specific settings in Cloudways that I can tweak to improve the speed – e.g. PHP configuration, number of workers, dynamic/static caching level?
How should Redis be configured to get the most out of it while still being stable (should I enable any “persistence”, “eviction policy”)?
Will using an external CDN or cache (e.g. Cloudflare) conflict with Cloudways’ internal cache or Redis?
If you have done this successfully, please share your specific experience or the configuration you are using.
