Why use RDS instead of running database in EC2?
I'm just wondering what the advantages would be to using an RDS instance of a database engine, rather than running my own database in an EC2 instance Geometry Dash Bloodbath? My main concern would be cost. I would suspect that it's cheaper to run my own database, but there must be some other advantage to the RDS route.
