Cloudways should consider restoring stronger built-in security features for all customers, including better malware protection, proactive threat detection, firewall capabilities, and basic vulnerability monitoring without requiring additional subscriptions.
Customers choose managed hosting partly for peace of mind. Making essential security protections an extra paid layer reduces the value of the platform and makes the overall service feel less complete than it used to.
