Ability to change app name (URL) prior to launch
Especially with WP 'limitation' when moving from one domain to another it would save us a lot of time if we were able to change the name of the app url prior to deployment.

Changing the way we identify application with our own URL (cloudwaysapps.com domain), is not possible as we need this to control the IP mapping and other aspects of our service.
The feature that we offer to solve this problem is domain mapping:
https://support.cloudways.com/entries/40609898-What-can-I-do-with-a-CNAME-With domain mapping, you can map any domain you own to your Cloudways application. You can even map multiple domains to one application (to be released this week).
