After listening to our customers, we have updated pre-paid bundles to:

Upload $500 get 5% extra credit
Upload $750 get 10% extra credit
Upload $1000 get 15% extra credit

We have added discounts for credit bulk upload. Initial discounts stand at:

Upload $2500 get 10% extra credit
Upload $5000 get 15% extra credit

Pre-paid credit has been available for a while now.

At the very least, maybe offering "pre-paid credit" is an option. Shouldn't I be able to load my account with $100 and "set it and forget it"?

I wish there were some long term & pre-paid discounted packages for single users who only build their portfolio with max 50 visitors per day.

Peter you are right that doing post-payment based on resources usage, it is not simple to offer any pre-payment option.

We haven't "declined" this idea yet as we want to see traction and we could do some stuff related to it (i.e. like the Reserved Instances of Amazon, where a customer guarantees that he/she will be using a certain number of servers and of certain sizes for say 1 year). Surely this can't include bandwidth, disk ... (like AWS).

But realistically, we don't see this implemented any time soon.

Cloudways work with ''pay as you go'' plans, so how they can implement early payment ?
If you use one server you will pay it after period finished, if you will pay it in advance one year, what if you will deply another 5 servers ? :)
