Two factor authentication
Would love for the option of two step authentication when logging into your site using Google Authenticator or Authy.
This is now live. We are creating KB related to it but for those who want to try it now, you can activate it from member area under info details section:
https://www.cloudways.com/en/member/
It uses Google Authenticator (install it on your mobile device) and then scan the presented QR code and activate.
Easy!

I moved devices and no longer have the authentication account setup on Google Authenticator. What is the best way to retrieve this? I am unable to get in to my account without it.

Thank you, it works! Had an issue with the activate button using Chrome, but rendered and worked fine in Firefox. Very nice, and greatly appreciated.
Thank you Troy for suggesting this, and thank you Cloudways for listening, implementing it!

Looking forward to that ability myself.
The current lack of two factor almost steered me away from going live 40 hours ago, but seeing it's coming soon helped.
Thank you!

We have already started with this. We will be implementing it via Google Authenticator.

That's a very good idea and something we have already in mind. It is just a matter of finding the right slot to execute it.
