Offer malware monitoring and cleanup as an addon or by event
We have got into a partnership with Sucuri where we can offer their services at a discounted price. Read more here:

After extensive research, we think Sucuri is the best option for our customers. They are experts in the CMSs we deploy (Wordpress, Magento …) and their services have the flexibility our customers need (including on-demand site cleaning).

I experienced a nasty website malware. Fortunately, I contacted https://www.WebsiteMalwareRemoval.net and their technician saved my Wordpress site. The price was very affordable. I was happy with this service and can recommend it to others. They also hardened my site to protect it against future attacks.

I have used several companies for website malware removal and the best that I have seen is https://www.RemoveMalware.net they offer cleaning for a one time fee. Plus they give you a 30 day warranty. Very cool. I had a great experience.

We are in talks with Sucuri (https://sucuri.net/) to offer their services as an add-on. Think this should help a lot in this kind of situations both when compromised (malware removal) and on an on-going basis (website firewall, website scanner).
We hope to get to an agreement quickly and that we can release within next month and half.
Let us know your thoughts. You can go over http://feedback.cloudways.com/forums/203824-service-improvement/suggestions/6043075-cloudways-should-add-ddos-protection-service too that is quite related.

I've been having a terrible time trying to remove some ads injected on a CW-hosted WordPress website. I've deleted and replaced all the WordPress core files, theme files, and most of the plugins. Yet the ads remain injected into the website. I know there are scanning tools that can look for this stuff at the server level, yet support has been very poor, constantly telling me that you all can't be responsible to support every plugin and theme. I get that, but that doesn't mean you can't run a scan at the server level and provided me with the details of the infected files.
