Offer better yearly plans
I'm not trying to be mean about it at all. Just wanted to state a fact. Because even on the 2GB $30/month plan, that is only $360 yr. If I paid 360/yr to any other webhost, I'd get a 10-20% discount. But worse, I am paying you $1000... that is 3 years of service, for a 5% discount. Again, I don't see this in a mean way but that is insulting. Yes I know you have people will who will use up 1000 very fast but most average people won't. If you had said something where you deposit $500 and you get a %15 discount even, that would at least be something worth considering. Hope that helps.

Perfectly understand what you say, problem that we have here is we are working with very small to non existing (512MB DO server) margins, so the scope for further cuts on smaller servers is very low.
Also, what we are offering are not yearly plans as there is not a fixed spending per month for many customers. Simply bulk upload of funds with associated credit linked to the amount.
We may add a $500 bundle as suggested but first want to analyse impact/usage of current offering.
In any case, as said, extra credit for the $500 can't possibly be 15% but we keep an open mind about what we do and will listen to our customers.
