  1. We need an option to purge cache from single files intead clear all cache for custom PHP app.

Hello, my website is a custom php application and i have Cloudflare Enterprise, but i can only delete all cache, i can not clear a single file (url). Clearing the entire cache is inefficient; every time I want to see changes to a file, I have to clear the entire cache. This is neither practical nor efficient.

    Thanks!!

  2. AI-Powered Content Processing Layer for Education-Based Applications

It would be extremely useful if Cloudways introduced an AI-ready hosting layer optimized for real-time content processing applications, especially for educational tools. Platforms like analisilogicaonline rely on instant user input analysis (e.g., sentence parsing, grammar evaluation), which requires low latency, efficient caching, and stable API handling. Currently, setting up such an environment requires manual optimization, third-party integrations, and custom scaling configurations.

This feature could include built-in support for API response caching, queue management for AI requests, and optimized server configurations for NLP-based workloads. It would allow developers to deploy AI-powered learning tools faster, improve response times, and handle traffic spikes…

  4. Better Performance Insights for High-Traffic Gaming & APK Websites

Many gaming and APK-based websites (such as mobile game guides and download platforms) experience sudden traffic spikes when a game update or new feature is released. It would be very helpful if Cloudways offered more simplified, real-time performance insights tailored for these scenarios—such as detecting short-term traffic bursts, response delays, or resource bottlenecks at the application level. This could help site owners quickly optimize speed and stability, ensuring smooth access for users during peak demand and improving overall user experience for fast-paced gaming communities.visit for relaible source https://thegeometrydashapk.org/

  5. Suggestions for Improving Image-Heavy Websites

I've been reviewing a few image-heavy websites of late, and one thing that keeps cropping up is a problem of poor load times and inconsistent format with the way images are presented.

A website leveraging both large PNGs and uncompressed visuals in general tends to feel sluggish and unoptimized, especially on mobile platforms.

One strategy developers use involves turning some visuals into more digestible formats before uploading.

For example, turning a set of PNGs into a single PDF can help in organizing downloadable resources or presenting visual assets more cleanly.

A simple tool, like this free online PNG-to-PDF converter, can…

  6. Preloading the Hero Image Reduced Our LCP Significantly

We were struggling with a poor Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) score on one of our content-heavy websites. The hero image was only being discovered after the CSS loaded, delaying the largest paint.

Adding a preload tag for the featured image and serving it in WebP format made a noticeable difference. We also excluded the hero image from lazy loading.

We documented the changes we implemented here:

    https://dubaibrief.com/

Has anyone else seen similar improvements by preloading only the above-the-fold image instead of relying solely on lazy loading?

  7. WooCommerce Health-Check Dashboard for Agencies Managing Client Stores

Add a built-in WooCommerce health-check dashboard within the Cloudways panel that flags common performance and security issues specific to WooCommerce stores — outdated plugins, slow queries, cart-abandonment-causing errors, SSL/cache conflicts, etc.
I run an SEO agency, https://seoforarchitecturalfirms.co.uk/ providing SEO services to architectural firms across the UK, and part of that work involves managing and maintaining client websites hosted on Cloudways, including WooCommerce stores. Generic server monitoring often misses store-specific issues that directly affect site performance and search rankings. A dedicated WooCommerce diagnostics layer would save agencies like mine significant manual troubleshooting time and would make Cloudways a stronger choice for…

  8. Flexible Streaming Options for Android TV and FireStick Users

A great product improvement would be adding
more flexible streaming support for Android TV
and FireStick users. Features like adaptive
bitrate switching, AV1 codec support and
low latency HLS protocol would significantly
improve the streaming experience for users
    with varying internet speeds.

Many users outside the US rely on free
streaming platforms that support AV1 codec
for better quality at lower bandwidth.
    Platforms like https://youcinez.com already
    implement these features successfully for
global Android TV and FireStick audiences.
    Adding similar flexibility to Cloudways
    hosted streaming solutions would greatly
    enhance performance for high traffic
    streaming websites worldwide.

  9. Flexible performance optimization tools

One improvement that could really help many Cloudways users is adding more flexible performance optimization tools directly within the dashboard. For example, built-in website speed analysis, automated caching suggestions, and clearer server resource monitoring (CPU, RAM, and bandwidth) would make it easier for users to identify and fix performance issues without relying on multiple external tools.

Another helpful feature could be temporary server scaling for short traffic spikes, allowing users to boost resources for a limited time instead of upgrading the entire plan.

I run a small content site as well (https://dubaiarchives.com/), and features like these would make…

I’m currently running my 7 Brew menu guide site (https://7brewwmenu.com/
) and trying to improve its performance and loading speed for a better user experience, especially on mobile. I’ve been focusing on optimizing images and reducing load time so visitors can easily browse different drink options without delays. Looking into a few hosting and caching improvements as well any practical suggestions would be helpful.

  11. Keeping Public Information Websites Accurate and Easy to Navigate

One challenge I've noticed with public information and government-related websites is that users often struggle to find the latest updates because information changes frequently.

A few practices that seem to improve both user experience and SEO include:

Displaying the "Last Updated" date on every guide.
Using clear step-by-step instructions instead of long paragraphs.
Adding a FAQ section that answers the most common user questions.
Linking related articles so visitors can easily find additional information.
Regularly checking that external links and official references are still working.

I've been applying these ideas while working on https://massarservicema.net/, which publishes informational guides to…

  12. Tips for Making News and Information Websites Load Faster

While working on content-heavy websites, I've noticed that page speed is often overlooked, especially when articles include multiple images, embedded videos, and interactive elements.

A slow-loading website doesn't just affect user experience, it can also increase bounce rates and negatively impact search engine rankings.

Some simple optimizations that have made a noticeable difference include:

Compressing and resizing images before uploading.
Using modern image formats like WebP where possible.
Enabling browser caching and CDN delivery.
Reducing unnecessary plugins and third-party scripts.
Optimizing Core Web Vitals, particularly Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).

I recently applied many of these practices to an informational website,…

  13. Core Web Vitals and SEO health dashboard per application

As an agency hosting client sites for law firms on Cloudways, a built-in Core Web Vitals and SEO health check per application would be genuinely useful.
We run SEO for Legal Firms, https://seoforlegalfirms.co.uk/, a specialist SEO agency for UK solicitors and law firms. Legal websites are judged strictly under Google's YMYL and E-E-A-T standards, so page speed, uptime, and technical health have a direct impact on rankings and on client trust in our hosting choices.
A simple dashboard showing LCP, INP, and CLS trends, server response times, and cache performance per app would let us spot problems before they…

  14. One click staging to live sync for agency accounts

We run an SEO agency, SEO Company Swindon (https://seocompanyswindon.co.uk/), where we manage hosting for client websites that need strong page speed and uptime to support their search rankings. Right now, tracking performance across multiple client sites on Cloudways means checking each application separately. It would help agencies like ours to have a dashboard where sites can be grouped by client, with combined uptime, speed, and Core Web Vitals stats visible at a glance. This would make it much easier to report performance results to clients and catch issues before they affect rankings.

  15. Built-in Core Web Vitals and SEO health dashboard per application In Cloudways

As an agency managing multiple client sites on Cloudways, a native Core Web Vitals and SEO health dashboard per application would save us real time.
We run SEO for businesses across the UK at SEO Company Chester (https://seocompanychester.co.uk/), and hosting performance is one of the first things we audit. Right now we pull LCP, INP, and CLS data from external tools, then cross-check it against cache settings inside Cloudways.
Having per-application Core Web Vitals tracking, threshold alerts, and a quick TTFB and cache view tied to recent deployments would help us catch ranking issues faster. Would love to…

  16. Improvements for Flexible Server Management & Resource Control

    Hello Cloudways Team,

I would like to suggest a few improvements for the Flexible product that could make server management and scaling even more efficient for users.

    1. More granular resource scaling
It would be helpful to allow users to adjust CPU, RAM, and storage independently without requiring full server plan changes. This would give better cost control for growing projects.

    2. Real-time cost preview
Before applying changes, a live cost estimator showing updated monthly billing would improve transparency and help users make better decisions.

    3. Temporary resource boost option
A short-term “burst mode” for CPU/RAM (hourly or daily billing) would be useful…

  17. Flexible Hosting Plan Customization

Cloudways could improve flexibility by allowing users to customize hosting plans more clearly based on traffic, storage, staging needs, and team access. Many agencies compare options through practical resources like https://thepolytrackunblocked.org/ before choosing a hosting setup, so having more transparent plan controls inside Cloudways would make the decision easier and improve the overall user experience.

  18. Speed & Cloud Optimization Suggestions

Good content and structure overall, but there’s room for improvement in performance—especially when targeting competitive keywords like chartered accountants in london. Page speed and server response time play a major role in both SEO rankings and user experience.

For reference, you can review the current setup for chartered accountants in london here: https://digiaccounting.co.uk/

Leveraging a managed cloud hosting platform like Cloudways can significantly enhance performance through its optimized stack (Nginx, Varnish, Redis, and PHP-FPM), helping reduce TTFB and improve Core Web Vitals. Implementing proper caching layers, along with a CDN, can further stabilize load times during traffic spikes.

    On the…

  19. Add Smart Usage Alerts & Resource Monitoring

It would be helpful if Cloudways introduced more flexible resource monitoring and customizable usage alerts for hosting accounts. Features such as bandwidth, storage, CPU, and application performance notifications could help users manage their websites more efficiently and prevent unexpected issues.

For users looking for additional online guides and helpful resources, I also found https://ekipportals.tr useful for accessing various informational content and updates.

  20. Improve Website Speed for E-commerce Sites Like Curtain Stores

I’m running an e-commerce website for curtains and blinds, and I’ve noticed that page speed plays a huge role in conversions and SEO rankings.

Since image-heavy websites (like curtain or interior design stores https://curtaininstallation.ae/) require high-quality visuals, loading speed can sometimes become an issue. It would be great if Cloudways could introduce more built-in image optimization tools or advanced caching options specifically for media-heavy e-commerce websites.

Features like automatic image compression, lazy loading improvements, and better CDN integration would really help businesses like mine improve performance without relying on too many third-party plugins.

Would love to hear if others…
