Enable CORs for static assets only
I don't want to enable CORs for my entire application, which includes lots of dynamics, APIs, etc. I only want to enable for specific static file extensions (e.g., css, js, fonts, images), and most of these are served by Nginx, so I can't add .htaccess rules either.

Allow users to update password under admin panel of Access Details screen
On the Application Management screen, on the Access Details panel, there is a section "Admin Panel" that shows a username and password. The password here needs to be editable because the application (like Magento) might require a user to update their password from within the application. When the user does that, this password is no longer up to date.

Add Statamic to list of applications
It would be great to see Statamic added to the list of applications for auto-install. This is a very fast-growing CMS with an increasing following.

Easy option to create a subdirectory or subdomain for app
Adding a different section of a website on subdirectory or subdomain is common and healthy.
It is better to use one domain and create subdirectory or subdomain for different projects instead of getting different domains.
There is a need to add an easy way to install app on a subdirectory or subdomain.

Switch to Enable or Disable Cron Jobs
Currently, there is no provision to disable or enable a particular cron job.
I can either delete it, or change the time to something like once per year to stop it from executing.A switch to enable or disable a particular job would be just great.

Cloudways should work properly with WinSCP and Filezilla
Cloudways always gives errors with WinSCP and FileZilla clients. Even while executing SSH commands from Cloudways's own SSH it takes almost 1 light year to execute it.

Capped Storage For Applications
Set limits for storage for specific or all applications.
This will help digital agencies manage their hosting platforms for multiple websites.
I, for example, have one client who is uploading a lot of photos and is using a huge portion of the space (6GB in fact!) I'd like to limit this app so that others don't lose out on space.

Create email warning if disk space goes lower than what's needed to restore from backup
If I do not have enough space on the disk to restore from backup then it should disable the UI restore button and send an email or warning to scale up the disk space.

Possibility to add Applications in subdirectories
It's very simple on Cloudways Console to map a domain or subdomain. It would be great to have the same possibility when we need to map subdirectories with applications.

Set Preferred settings for new applications
When creating a new application, I have to go in and enable/disable all of my preferred settings (like enabling SSH, disabling Varnish, creating SSH credentials and importing my public key).
It'd be great if I could have my preferred settings saved as a template when creating a new application. SSH credentials can be automatically generated, but the public key set in the template and applied automatically.

Tack a separate backup and restore point inside subdirectory folder.
Tack a separate backup and restore point inside the subdirectory folder.
For example if my site installs in the main directory as well as in subdirectory, then there should be a separate backup for it.

Limit application to disk space
The disk space reporting is very helpful. It would be even more helpful to limit application to a specified disk space.

Allow more than one SSL Certificate per Application. SAN or WILDCArd SSL does not solve this problem
More than one SSL should be allowed to be installed on per-application bases. SAN SSL or Wildcard SSL does not cover this case.
This is what I mean.
When running a Wordpress multisite network with subdomains as subsites, wild card SSL can only cover the subsites and the primary domain name.
If you intend to map custom domain names to individual subsides, this becomes impossible. Even though a SAN certificates can cover this, it has its limits of only 100 domains. This is essentially limiting your business to only 100 customers. This is already possible with hosting accounts running Cpanel.
