Add Digital Ocean Block Storage Option
Add support for Digital Ocean's Block Storage add-on. This will allow us to not have to scale entire server for more storage space. This also allows for more options away from the more expensive AWS or Google services for more storage space.

Almost every IaaS provides block storage. It would be very powerful if we could deploy a block storage for each provider and connect it to the server.
The biggest advantage I see for block storages is to be able to store cold backups, instead of only being able to store one copy of the latest backup locally.

Just go integrate it with S3 or Glacier
or google cloud storage
for bottomless storage space. I think Block Storage limit at 1.6TB any of AWS or Google Cloud is limitless.

We definitely need to have block storage option enabled. Digital Ocean is great, but need more space than configured.
