Cloudways is now offering CDN service in partnership with StackPath (formerly known as MaxCDN).
This service is available as an Add-on, which would cost you $1 per application for 25GB bandwidth.

I would very much like for Cloudways to offer an integrated CDN offering, such as CloudFlare Railgun or the like, so certificates and CDN capabilities are handled easily, to any web serving platform even non-WordPress sites.

Here is another way around this. I use it on my sites.
When setting up the links bar at the top of your site, use the CDN link instead of that of your site. So that when ever an end user clicks on the link...they are actually seeing the CDN in place of your site directly.
