3. Allow organisation to enforce 2FA for all team members

   Currently, Cloudways doesn’t let organisation owners enforce 2FA for team members. Since many users on our account have access to our servers and sites, this leaves a significant security gap: a single compromised password could expose our entire infrastructure. We’d like to request an option for account owners to require 2FA for all team members at login, so that no one can access the platform without it.

4. Feature Request: Support SSH Key-Only Authentication Without IP Whitelisting

   I would like to request a feature that allows users to enforce SSH key-only authentication on Cloudways servers without requiring IP whitelisting.

   Currently, Cloudways provides the Block All IP option under Security > Shell Access, which restricts access to whitelisted IP addresses using registered SSH keys. However, this approach requires users to manage allowed IP addresses and does not provide an independent option to disable password-based authentication while allowing SSH key authentication from any IP address.

   Proposed Enhancement

   Introduce a configurable option under Security > Shell Access to enforce SSH key-only authentication.

   When enabled:

   Disable password-based authentication for SSH and SFTP connections.

   Allow authentication only through registered and authorized SSH public keys.

   Deny login attempts that rely on account passwords, even when the correct password is provided.

   Allow authorized SSH key authentication regardless of the client's IP address, subject to other existing security restrictions.

   Keep this setting independent of the existing IP whitelisting and Block All IP feature.

   Benefits

   Improved server security: Reduces the risk of unauthorized access through compromised or weak account passwords.

   Simplified access management: Eliminates the need to maintain an IP whitelist solely to enforce SSH key-based authentication.

   Greater flexibility: Allows authorized developers and administrators to securely connect from different networks and changing IP addresses.

   Better access control: Ensures that server access follows a key-based authentication policy.

   Expected Outcome

   Administrators should be able to disable password-based SSH/SFTP authentication while keeping SSH key authentication available globally, without enabling Block All IP or restricting access to specific IP addresses.

   This would provide greater control over server security while maintaining the flexibility needed for development and server administration.

    It would be really useful to have a customizable dashboard in Site Manager where users can choose which information and widgets they want to see on the main screen.

    For example, users could add or remove widgets for CPU usage, RAM usage, disk usage, bandwidth, application count, server status, backups, recent alerts, and other important information. It would also be helpful to allow users to rearrange these widgets based on their priorities.

    For people managing multiple servers and applications, having a quick overview on one screen would save a lot of time.     It could also be useful to have different dashboard views, such as a server-focused view and an application-focused view. Being able to save a preferred dashboard layout would make the Console much more flexible for different types of users.

    A customizable dashboard could make everyday monitoring faster and reduce the number of clicks needed to find important information. It would be especially useful for users who manage several websites or applications and need to quickly identify anything that requires attention.

11. WordPress auto disable inactive accounts

    We host our WordPress website on Cloudways. We also have Cloudflare and Site Manager through Cloudways.

    It would be fantastic to have better security features through Cloudways or Site Manager to monitor inactive user accounts and have them auto disable after a period of inactive i.e one month of inactive use, the account is disabled.

13. German Website randomly breaks due to caching even without Cloudflare

    Hi Cloudways Team,

    I'm experiencing a very frustrating caching issue with my WordPress website: https://biografieblick.de/.

    The strange part is that I'm not using Cloudflare at all, but the website still randomly serves broken pages. Sometimes the layout breaks, CSS does not load correctly, fonts become oversized, or the page appears partially unstyled. After clearing the cache, the website works normally again, but the issue eventually returns.

    This makes me believe there is a problem with one of the server-side caching layers such as Varnish, Redis, Object Cache, or another cache mechanism.

    What I've noticed:

    Website randomly breaks without making any changes.
    Purging the cache fixes the problem temporarily.
    The issue comes back after some time.
    No Cloudflare is connected to this website.
    This creates a poor experience for visitors because they may see a broken website before I notice it.

    I've also seen other Cloudways users report similar issues involving broken layouts that are temporarily fixed by clearing cache, so it doesn't appear to be an isolated case.

    I would really appreciate it if Cloudways could:

    Investigate the root cause of these recurring cache issues.
    Improve automatic cache invalidation.
    Provide better debugging tools to identify which cache layer is serving outdated files.
    Add logging so users can see whether Varnish, Object Cache, Redis, or another layer is causing the issue.

    A managed hosting platform should not require users to manually purge caches whenever the website randomly becomes broken.

    Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions or a permanent solution would be greatly appreciated.
