Add the ability for a team member account to set up a Slack channel to receive real-time alerts for all servers that have given them access. Currently, only account owners can set up a Slack channel. We are an agency that manages multiple clients' servers and our own with many applications on them. We are not going to have our clients set up a Slack channel for every server/account.

The goal is to have 1 Slack channel that shows all the alerts from the servers that have granted us access so that our developers can see them in real time.
