Deceptive, dishonest practice regarding your Malware Scanner
More of a complaint than a question. Recently I have received very scary emails that a site has malware. When I go tot he malware page on Cloudways it tells that there was a database injection, and in very scary red letters it says the site is infected, and urges me to activate Cloudways Malware Protection, which of course cost money. Now many people are going to be scared by that, not know how to actually investigate, and will just activate your Malware protection. I investigated. The "malware" was a handful of comments from 2014 that link to an old blogspot blog. Seriously? I removed them, mainly to stop your nagging. But this is deceptive, dishonest, and frankly shady as hell. Cloudways is most definitely profiting from this, ripping people off with a shady tactics.
