Unjust Website Termination
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the termination of my server due to a late payment of only three days. As a loyal customer with a consistent payment history through automatic payments since 2019, this issue occurred due to my credit card expiring. The termination of my website has caused significant business impact, and I believe Cloudways should offer a grace period of up to 10-15 days for late payments to prevent such situations.
I kindly request the immediate restoration of my website and a review of your policy for future improvements.

I caught the deletion in time and recovered my server, but now I have to repoint all of my domains! what a hassle! because they deleted something I was still going to pay for. you guys can do better.
