Return change PHP version to server instead of per application
I'm having CLI environment issues over SSH. The master user defaults to PHP 8.2 instead of PHP 8.4, forcing me to switch to individual application users to run Composer. However, nvm only works under the master user, so I have to switch back just to run npm.
How can I either point Composer to PHP 8.4 under the master user, or make nvm accessible across all application users?
