We upgraded our servers from 2GB to 4GB a year ago with just one or two clicks, which was seamless and convenient. However, I was surprised to discover that downgrading is so much more complex. It’s disappointing to see such a contrast in the process, and it has left a bit of a sour taste, especially since Cloudways has otherwise been a great platform.
Hoping they address this issue to make scaling down as simple as scaling up!
