    That sounds frustrating! If server health monitoring is already in place, email notifications should be a basic feature. Have you checked if the emails are getting filtered into spam or blocked by your mail provider? Sometimes whitelisting the sender can help. If support wasn’t able to assist, maybe a third-party monitoring tool could send alerts when CPU usage spikes. Hopefully, they consider adding this feature soon!
