   We have added the requirement in our roadmap & we will be making Opensearch available along with Magento 2.4.8 by June 2025.

   I was told you supported OpenSearch in a pre-sales chat, well that isn't the case. I found this out after purchasing. I haven't moved my site so I can cancel the account and continue with Nexcess, which also doesn't support OpenSearch. Give me a reason to move my site to Cloudways by adding OpenSearch.
