    I’ve been trying to bring more Argentine flavors into my cooking lately, especially with asado and chimichurri. What I love is how similar it feels to other food traditions that highlight local ingredients for example, in Sweden I often check recipes on https://sverige-meny.se/ to find fresh ideas. It’s interesting to see how different cultures celebrate meat and simple sides in such unique ways.
