    I really appreciate this suggestion — adding the ability to downgrade a DigitalOcean server directly on Cloudways without needing to clone and reconfigure DNS each time would be extremely helpful. Right now, having to clone servers just to reduce resources is time‑consuming and adds unnecessary work, especially for people managing multiple sites and varying resource needs.

    For example, on my own platform (3pattigames.com.pk), we often adjust testing and development environments based on traffic and performance demands, and straightforward downgrade functionality would save a ton of administrative work while optimizing hosting costs.

    I hope Cloudways considers adding this feature as part of flexible scaling — it would make managing cloud resources much more intuitive and efficient. WEBSITE:https://3pattigames.com.pk/

    I completely agree that having Custom Cloudflare Rules and Optimization Settings is crucial — especially for sites with dynamic content, unique traffic patterns, or specific security needs. Right now, the default Cloudflare Enterprise setup can sometimes conflict with certain scripts, plugins, or features, which makes fine-tuned control a big advantage for performance and reliability.

    For example, on my own site 3pattigames.com.pk, we’ve seen situations where custom page rules and cache exceptions would really help ensure smooth delivery of game assets and reduce unnecessary cache purges or rule blocks. Being able to tailor firewall and cache behavior per site would give us both better security and faster load times without risking feature breakages.
