Currently, Cloudways only allows one SSL certificate per application, if you install another, it overwrites the existing one. That means you cannot natively assign separate certificates to multiple distinct domains mapped to a single WordPress multisite app.
The only way around this limitation today is by using a multi‑domain (SAN) certificate or a wildcard certificate that covers all domains under one SSL, but both still count as a single certificate on the platform.
Having true support for multiple individual SSL certificates per application would significantly improve multisite flexibility as provided http://powerwashinglv.us/ and other websites.
