    I'm sorry to hear about the noticeable slowness you encountered after migrating to DigitalOcean Premium via Cloudways. It's especially frustrating when performance degrades compared to your previous Vultr HF setup, particularly since geography didn't seem to be the factor.
    We've seen a few similar reports recently, and we're actively looking into potential bottlenecks with DigitalOcean's Premium offering (network routing, CPU credits, storage I/O, etc.). Your case is helpful because the immediate improvement after switching back to Vultr HF gives a clear before/after comparison.
    A few quick questions that would help us investigate further:

    Were you on a specific DO Premium plan size?
    Did the slowness happen consistently or during certain times/traffic spikes?
