    A useful improvement for a mailbox admin panel would be to display each mailbox's current storage usage directly in the mailbox list, such as “4.2 GB / 25 GB used,” with an optional percentage indicator. This would allow administrators to quickly monitor **mailbox usage size**, identify accounts approaching their quota, and take action without opening each individual user's mailbox.
