Cloudways’ Cloudflare Enterprise Add-on currently does not allow users to create custom Cloudflare Firewall / WAF rules (Firewall Expressions).
This is a major limitation.
Important use cases such as country-based blocking, bot filtering, ASN blocking, and advanced rate limiting cannot be handled at the Cloudflare edge level.Server-level blocking (Cloudways Firewall) is not a replacement for Cloudflare Firewall:
Traffic still reaches the server
Server resources are consumed
Performance and stability are impacted

Client WordPress reporting tool
I believe it would be beneficial to have an in-house Cloudways management feature that allows us to monitor updates and management of specific WordPress applications. It should also be capable of automatically generating visual reports and sending them to clients who wish to view the statistics, similar to the services provided by MainWP.

Native 1-Click Object Storage (S3) Integration for Media-Heavy Publisher Sites
Running a gaming news and guide site like https://silvanguard.com/ means we upload hundreds of high-res screenshots, GIFs, and media assets every single week. Because of this, our server's SSD storage fills up incredibly fast compared to our actual CPU/RAM usage.
Currently, we have to rely on bulky third-party WordPress plugins to offload our media library to external buckets (like AWS S3 or DigitalOcean Spaces). It complicates our workflow, adds overhead to the admin panel, and sometimes causes caching conflicts.

It would be really helpful if Cloudways added more detailed resource usage analytics for flexible hosting plans. For example, seeing real-time CPU, RAM, and storage consumption per application or per website would allow users to optimize their setups and prevent unexpected overages.
Additionally, having predictive alerts that notify users when their usage is trending toward their limits could help them scale proactively rather than reactively. This could be especially valuable for businesses that experience occasional traffic spikes or run multiple projects on the same server.

Can Cloudways add automatic daily backup notifications?
It would be really useful if Cloudways could send a quick email or dashboard alert after each daily backup is completed. Include Malware Protection as Part of Standard Hosting Plans
While I appreciate Cloudways' malware protection add-on, I believe this feature should be included as part of the standard hosting package. Website security is crucial for all users, and charging extra for basic protection feels like an upsell rather than providing essential services. Including at least basic malware scanning and removal in the hosting plans would offer peace of mind and improve customer satisfaction.

It would be an amazing idea if you would implement the Digital Ocean Load Balancing features on Regular servers that are Digital Ocean and maybe even Vultr servers and just charge $12 per month or so as an addon. I like how the regular servers work a lot more then autonomous and think autonomous is overkill for a lot of us, but paying for an addon for the server of Load Balancing, that will be what we really want. BugFix - Fix the DNS page to allow non case sensitive cname
It seems there is a bug on the DNS page (DNS made easy addon), when adding a cname, it seems to error out with error, when discussing with support it seems to be requiring lower case, 75% sure it's a bug parsing the cname correctly. "Target for CNAME record is invalid", is the error - The context was adding a DKIM record from office365 and some of the letters in the DKIM record were capitalized.

I find the DNS Made Easy add-on incredibly useful, but the lack of a built-in URL redirection feature is a significant limitation. Implementing this feature would streamline domain management and greatly enhance the add-on's functionality.

Allow configuration of Cloudflare Enterprise Rules
The CDN bandwidth allowance for the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on is only 100GB / month. We have some apps that regularly exceed that amount. I'd like to have the ability to add rules to the Cloudflare account (like I can do in Cloudflare itself), to have more control over what types of files it serves.
For example, some files such as mp3 files generated from a text to speech app consume a lot of bandwidth and don't need to be coming from Cloudflare and incurring unnecessary cost.

Allow Cloudflare Bot Protection with Cloudflare Enterprise
Cloudflare has a Bot Protection feature for all plans (including free), found under Security>Bots. I enable this on all my sites.
I've just started using your Cloudflare Enterprise addon for one of my sites but I understand from support that the Bot Protection isn't enabled by default and support can't enable it either.
Please consider adding this as an option where we can enable it.
