Make it possible to set a PTR record
It is not possible to set a PTR record for Cloudways servers. Please give us a way to control reverse DNS, even if it just means submitting a ticket.
Cloudways servers are not used for sending emails, and Cloudways sites have to use transaction email services like Sendgrid, Elastic Mail, SMTP etc. Even then, some emails can still get flagged as spam due to the PTR record being returning "cloudwaysapps.com" rather than the domain name. This affects any mail sent by the customer's mail server, not just mail sent from their site.
For example, let's say I have a site at somesite.com, hosted with Cloudways. It has no contact forms at all, and does not send emails. However, the site owner uses Microsoft 365 or some other professional email service, and some of its emails to customers get flagged as spam by their customers' mail servers due to lack of a proper PTR record. Meaning that a PTR lookup for mail sent from @somesite.com will return "*.cloudwaysapps.com", but it should return somesite.com.
We host dozens of customers with Cloudways (almost all using DigitalOcean servers). We also host some directly with DigitalOcean. We moved one to DigitalOcean specifically because of this issue. DigitalOcean (parent company of Cloudways) does provide a way to set a PTR record. It is a possibility on D.O. servers. Just not on Cloudways-hosted D.O. servers. That's a shame.
