Allow to change server time zone
Allow to change server timezone.
Please to allow customer to change the servertimezone.
I have difficulties to make cronjob, because there is different time between php & server time. I have cronjob to generate/update report in magento for every 5 minutes, then send it in end of day (around 23:xx). But, since the server time is different the report actually not complete & different with Magento report. please consider this.

This is also extremely important for debugging.
When we have developers looking through error logs we need to islate the exact minute something happens. This means the timezones need to reflect our specific timezone plus account for daylight savings time.

This would be really helpfull. Now i always have to calculate back to UTC... and more important daylight saving gets mixed when using UTC instead of local timezone.

And when I go to "Server" > "Monitor" the graph shows time axis with my own current timezone. So this is considered a sort of inconsistency in displaying supposedly the same time from the same account on multiple areas.

I would like also to mention that back up time is using UTC which makes me a bit confused when I decide to restore from previous backups.

Server Cron Jobs Run Under UTC Time,
It would be great if your New UI Interface would allow you to convert your Local to To UTC. So you could manually type in the correct time, or If Server Cron Jobs Ran under the Time Zone Setting that is set on the server Configuration page i.e. the Servers Timezone was changed when you changed it in the configuration page.
