An error occurred while saving the comment 6 years later, can we have this?
I learned that the ideal way to do the composer update is the to do it locally and then upload the .lock file and run "composer install" on the online server. But that has the hassle needing me to setup a localhost and git and get stuff workingHaving a swap options would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment Recently I forgot one of my testing installations without disabling or adding captcha to the newsletter subscription form, oh boy, see all type of bot subscriptions and when they receive the confirmation email they mark it as spam so my domain reputation went down.

An error occurred while saving the comment And when I go to "Server" > "Monitor" the graph shows time axis with my own current timezone. So this is considered a sort of inconsistency in displaying supposedly the same time from the same account on multiple areas.
An error occurred while saving the comment I would like also to mention that back up time is using UTC which makes me a bit confused when I decide to restore from previous backups.

Out of curiosity, is this not possible (hard/impossible) or incompatible to do implementation wise.
