Option to close account quickly
Apparently to close an account right now I need to get in touch with the support. The support agent makes a request to the sales team, and finally the sales team contacts me via e-mail.
This is terrible. It is almost as terrible as what Adobe does (they require you to call them).
You just need to go to Billing section in member area and click Cancel account.
Support should have informed on this.

That option does NOT close my account. Apparently that option just puts my account on a kind of suspended state -- it even gives me the option to "re-activate" it.
What I asked for is a quick way to CLOSE an account, i.e., to have my login deleted. Cloudways did NOT offer that (at least that is what support has told me).
The answer you gave me just makes things worse, it appears that Cloudways simply refuses to recognise the problem. Well, maybe it is not a real problem for the company, just for the consumer. Terrible.
