  1. Please change your live chat software to crisp.chat

    Crisp has better functionalities with unlimited users. The main thing is, a customer can easily get all the chat history from the browser itself, but for your current software, the chat history just disappears.

    Also every time the page reloads, the chat software connection is lost and then I have to ask the bot to transfer me to agent again.

  2. Make a reasonable price.

    Vultr starts at $5
    DO starts at $5
    Kyup starts at $10

    Why is there $9, $7
    And $21.11

    Basic price of your service is confusing. Managed vultr adds 4, managed do adds 2, managed kyup adds 11.11. Why? You should have same service price, flat rate for every providers. Also the price just increased, and your customer service doesn't improved as you promise.

    We have different deals with the different providers based on volume and other factors, and this reflects in the final price for the service (so approximately, the platform charges over base price per server size are the same across providers).

  3. Please fix the Online Chat tool

    I can't find the Online chat bar in the bottom right corner. I choosed Cloudways because of this features. Sometimes the bottom bar is missing when you need it. Please fix it.

  4. Remove the algorithm for keeping from helping your clients

    I get tired of logging on and needing assistance from your team to do a sudo command only to find that the customer service module isn't popping up for me because I've used it too recently.

  5. Option to close account quickly

    Apparently to close an account right now I need to get in touch with the support. The support agent makes a request to the sales team, and finally the sales team contacts me via e-mail.

    This is terrible. It is almost as terrible as what Adobe does (they require you to call them).
