  1. enable full page cache with Cloudflare Enterprise.

    Since March 2022 when you added Cloudflare Enterprise you've teased that full page cache would be coming soon. I know from previous tickets you hadn't enabled that because you were hoping for a hybrid for sites with woocommerce and shopping carts, but for all of us with static sites, it would be a game changer.

    Personally, I keep a shopping site on a separate Cloudways app from my static site, so it would be easy to keep full page cache just on the static site.

  2. Upgrade Breeze Plugin To Clear Cloudflare CDN Cache (Cloudflare Enterprise Add-on)

    Submitted after discussion with Cloudways Support

    We'd like the Breeze Plugin feature to "Purge All Cache" to include the Cloudflare CDN if using the Cloudflare Enterprise Add-on, just like it does for the Breeze Cache and Varnish Cache.

    We're submitting an official feature request for this since we'd want to:

    1) Minimise time of having to log in to the Cloudways Dashboard to manually purge the Cloudflare CDN cache.

    2) Ensure that when scheduled Wordpress content like new posts are published, they become automatically available to the public.

  3. SafeUpdates error log access

    When a SafeUpdate fails we need access to the error logs to troubleshoot the specific cause.
    If it's one plugin it is very time consuming to do safe updates one plugin at a time because we don't have access to the error logs to narrow down the issue.

  5. Managed Plugin Updates

    First I want to say that I absolutely love Cloudways! It literally changed my life. I am also super excited that you recently added the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on! The only feature that I wish Cloudways offered as another add-on is "Managed Plugin Updates" similar to Flywheel (https://getflywheel.com/add-ons/managed-plugin-updates/) with visual regression testing. In my opinion this would be one of the final pieces to an absolutely perfect WordPress hosting solution. Thank you for considering! (or maybe you are already working on building that add-on)

  7. Notification when Elastic Mail quota is reached.

    My Elastic Mail stopped working and apparently I hit my quota. Since there was no notification - my clients lost $???? worth of new business leads. You should allow us to view the email logs and notify us if we hit our quota.

  9. Manage rackspace email accounts from within console

    The current option to add mailboxes from Rackspace is extremely limited.
    The only way to order them, is via a small window and is very limited information.
    I have no details at all about current mailboxes, quota usage etc...
    Also, the only way to order mailboxes is by TYPING in the details in the window including the desired password for the mailbox???
    Afterwards, I get a confirmation back from support with the password in the email.
    It's completely unsafe to communicate about passwords this way.

    And lastly, there is no control at all about the mailboxes.

  10. upgrade all New Relic Lite accounts to Standard Free Plan

    I think you need to get your partnership updated with NewRelic so you offer free standard plans instead of lite: https://discuss.newrelic.com/t/faq-how-is-the-partnership-standard-account-different-from-the-lite-account/3152

    This is important as Standard brings great features:
    - allows monitoring of wordpress plugins and themes.
    - web transaction summary so you can tune effectively
    - Database analysis of poorest performing calls
    - 1 week of data in a single view
    - Embeddable charts

    There is an option that says "upgrade to standard" in New Relic app monitoring under Wordpress and Database. But the page forwards to the CouldWays upgrade to Pro page. So this is in your hands…

  15. Easy integration with cloudflare installing mod_cloudflare

    It is possible to make cloudways work with cloudflare providing an additional level of protection against DDoS attacks and catching. It is just an issue of making cloudflare DNS point to the public address of the application on cloudways.

    But there is an issue that needs to be resolved. The IP address that cloudways sees on $SERVER['REMOTEADDR'] is cloudflare IPs and not the clients IPs. This has a server impact specially in Ëurope with the tax on virtual products where the country of the customer needs to be verified by his IP (plus another non conflicting prove).

    Since installing Google PageSpeed module is not an option on Cloudways server, I will have to optimize images manually (through my coding). Can we have ImageMagick installed?

    This was completed a while ago and you can now use multiple email gateway providers (Mandrill, Mailgun, Authsmtp) via our SMTP add-on.

  20. get rid od stupid NewRelic spam emails

    HI. I didn't asked, but you installed Newrelic.OK, but I cannot get rid fof their stupid apex < score alerts. Even If I save mail preferences from their unsubscribe link - I'm still getting the same messages.
    HOW TO GET RID OF IT ??

    Or step 6 to stop it.

    This week we are going to add option to completely disable it (so not started again on reboot).

    Following community feedback, we are going to deploy it stopped by default on new servers, and when accessing Monitoring → Application tab, you will be prompted to start the service to enable application monitoring.

    We can’t control the alerting default settings when deploying and we are aware that is has created some noise with people with certain applications.
