Allow customers to create Cloudflare cache/CDN exclusions
Elementor is the most popular page builder for WordPress. There is a common problem with Elementor where automatic updates cause CSS to be regenerated but this is not detected by caching tools. This leads to the website displaying incorrectly until the cache is cleared.
Here are some posts on this topic:

https://www.reddit.com/r/elementor/comments/ejhftq/site_keeps_losing_css/A good solution to this problem is to exclude a specific directory from caching: /wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/
This is not currently possible on Autonomous because you are using Cloudflare Enterprise CDN and there are no options in Cloudways for us to customise the configuration.

Application Manual Backup & Restore ETA
CW Autonomous appears to take longer to Backup and Restore Apps. An essential feature would be an ETA time bar or countdown clock or anything similar to let users know how long it will take before they start the process of manually backing up or restoring their application and how much time is left to complete the backup or restoration once the process is underway. This will greatly help users plan their actions better. It may also reduce the need to contact support if back ups take longer than usual thus saving CW on human resources.

Auto Block Suspicious IPs
Seems like that would be excellent feature request for cloudways to develop and system that checks the IPs against https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ip-reputation-check and then blocks any bad actors or Suspicious IPs
that's what AI is built for!1 vote -
Allow server wide compatibility check for upgrading packages to all apps in server
Allow a service to check server wide if apps in the server will be compatible with upgrading packages like PHP and MariaDB.
This service can be very useful for agencies.
We would pay for this for time to time and this will help us maintain high security and features on our servers.1 vote -
Add support for WordPress Multisite - multiple domains per app
It's not possible to add multiple domains, only one. This does not allow for WordPress multisites, which could be set up to have several domains.

Being the app id an incremental id, we are able to make a list of all the platform customers
It should use a different app id (random or other algorithm) instead an incremental one, otherwise I can easily check all the appxxx.cloudwayssites.com and build a customers enumeration.

Allow to have a different api secret key for team members
Otherwise the account owner must share the main api secret key and that key have full access to all apis including the permission to create new team members, changing permission and so on because via api the team member can impersonate the account owner.

Lower the cost per GB of storage on autonomous
I think 50 cents per GB over the plan limit would be fair, and the 1 app site plan should have something like 30 GB of storage included instead of 15.

Add malware protection to autonomous sites.
Would be even better if it were free

Allow SAML SSO for organizations
In this day and age it's critical that SaaS platforms support SSO SAML or OAuth to minimize the number of passwords that users must remember.

New application Plugin carry over. WordPress
When I'm opening a new WordPress application, cloudways should ask me if i want to install this app with the same plugins as the rest of my other apps, and let me select and deselect the plugins that I want to be installed for the new WordPress application.
This will increase customer satisfaction and decrease set up time for customers when setting up their new application.

Best high security

Allow use of SSH keys, not password only
Using SSH with a password is less convenient and potentially less secure than when configured to use SSH with keys. The Flexible product allows devs to access the server with SSH keys and it would be nice if Autonomous allowed the same.

Allow Autonomous customers to setup cron jobs
Some Wordpress/Woocommerce sites run better when the WP Cron system is invoked by a cron job instead of running at the end of requests. It is common for WP sites to have a crontab entry (or similar web-based scheduler) such as this:
* * * * * cd /path/to/public_html && /usr/local/bin/wp cron event run --due-now > /dev/null 2>&1Also, besides the WP Cron system, occasional plugin developers have odd cronjobs that should be scheduled as well.
As of right now the support group has told me that the only way to schedule crons is to use a 3rd party cron…
