Allow customers to create Cloudflare cache/CDN exclusions
Elementor is the most popular page builder for WordPress. There is a common problem with Elementor where automatic updates cause CSS to be regenerated but this is not detected by caching tools. This leads to the website displaying incorrectly until the cache is cleared.
Here are some posts on this topic:

https://www.reddit.com/r/elementor/comments/ejhftq/site_keeps_losing_css/A good solution to this problem is to exclude a specific directory from caching: /wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/
This is not currently possible on Autonomous because you are using Cloudflare Enterprise CDN and there are no options in Cloudways for us to customise the configuration.

Custom Cloudflare Rules and Optimization Settings
Having Custom Cloudflare Rules and Optimization Settings would be critical to help provide exceptions or tweaks to rules so as to not break our websites since your default cloudflare settings may conflict with our websites.

Lower the cost per GB of storage on autonomous
I think 50 cents per GB over the plan limit would be fair, and the 1 app site plan should have something like 30 GB of storage included instead of 15.

Do not disclose server versions in error messages
The version of Apache (Debian) server is disclosed in when attempting to browse to a WordPress endpoint as an unauthenticated user on our web application.
The message reads:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Apache/2.4.63 (Debian) Server at [domain] Port 80An attacker could use the information provided to attempt to identify vulnerabilities with the application.
We recommend you prevent the server version from being disclosed in error messages.

allow granular local backups
Of course I use Cloudways off site back ups but I also need local back ups. Currently the only option for local backups is server level on / off - so all apps or none. I don't want a local backup of all my apps because 1) many apps are testing or staging and 2) backing up all my apps would kill my 40GB hard disk space. The option to take a local backup of one app should be in the UI, or at least in the API.

Open Litespeed or Litespeed Support
Open Litespeed or Litespeed Support would be great as it is a direct drop in for apache (no custom directives or programming needed for optimizations), and is MUCH MORE RESOURCE CONSERVATIVE. Also - they have a native compatible speed optimization plugin that is excellent.

Application Manual Backup & Restore ETA
CW Autonomous appears to take longer to Backup and Restore Apps. An essential feature would be an ETA time bar or countdown clock or anything similar to let users know how long it will take before they start the process of manually backing up or restoring their application and how much time is left to complete the backup or restoration once the process is underway. This will greatly help users plan their actions better. It may also reduce the need to contact support if back ups take longer than usual thus saving CW on human resources.

Being the app id an incremental id, we are able to make a list of all the platform customers
It should use a different app id (random or other algorithm) instead an incremental one, otherwise I can easily check all the appxxx.cloudwayssites.com and build a customers enumeration.

Allow to have a different api secret key for team members
Otherwise the account owner must share the main api secret key and that key have full access to all apis including the permission to create new team members, changing permission and so on because via api the team member can impersonate the account owner.

Performance Optimization for NBI Clearance and Similar High-Traffic Platforms
Websites handling services like NBI Clearance often face heavy traffic during application and verification periods. It would be helpful if Cloudways could offer more automated performance tools like smart caching, load balancing, or traffic spike handling to keep these platforms running smoothly.
For example, users going through the NBI process (as explained here https://nbiclear.ph/
) rely on fast loading and stable systems to complete forms and payments without issues. Improving these features would enhance reliability for similar high-demand service platforms.2 votes -
Hosting Needs for NBI Clearance Information Websites
Websites that provide NBI Clearance information and verification guidance often face high traffic during peak periods. For such platforms, fast speed, uptime, and scalability are very important.
A site like https://onlinenbiclearance.ph/
needs reliable cloud hosting to ensure smooth performance and a good user experience. Cloud-based solutions can help manage traffic spikes and keep pages loading fast.It would be great to see more hosting optimizations for public service and verification-related websites.

Separate memory limit setting for admin users vs regular visitors
Can you add a separate memory limit for admin users in the PHP Settings tab? I have sites that use lots of custom post types &. fields. Admin users typically run into performance issues when working in the back end.
I hate to increase memory for everyone and I am afraid to do anything custom in wp-config because I don't want to break anything.
If I could specify a larger memory for logged in admins like:
if ( currentusercan( 'administrator' ) ) {
define( 'WPMEMORYLIMIT', '256M' ); // Higher limit for admins
} else {

Autonomous - have a good solution for spam form submissions
We are getting spam submissions on our gravity forms. We have a checkbox captcha but it's not stopping them. We have gravity forms zero spam that's classifying them well but we really need to block them at the source. Normally, with a VPS or Cloudways Flexible, I can create some WAF rules via Cloudflare that are very effective, but I can't do that with Autonmous. Plus, cleantalk is not a good solution as once it misclassified a bunch of valid submissions as spam costing a client of mine alot of money, and I've actually lost them as a client because…
