   I’d like to suggest a feature improvement regarding AI bot access through Cloudflare.

   I fully understand that Cloudflare now blocks AI scrapers by default. While I don’t necessarily need direct control over these settings, I’d highly appreciate any available way to allow AI bots to access and index our website – even if it’s something that could be handled via support on request.

   Based on the current response from your support team, it seems this is not possible at all at the moment. However, enabling this functionality would be very valuable for us. We want our content to be accessible to AI systems (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) so they can discover and recommend our solutions to users.

   I would like to suggest a small but useful tool for Cloudways users who manage WordPress websites, online stores, blogs, landing pages, and social-media campaigns.

   Many website owners now use Unicode symbols, decorative characters, emojis, and styled text in places such as website titles, usernames, author names, product headings, promotional banners, social-media bios, and page metadata. These characters often look fine when they are created, but they do not always display consistently after being added to a WordPress website.

   For example, some characters may appear differently depending on the browser, mobile device, WordPress theme, database configuration, or social platform. In some cases, unsupported characters may show as empty boxes, question marks, or incorrectly spaced text. Website owners may only notice these problems after publishing the page or sharing it on social media.

   It would be helpful if Cloudways offered a simple Unicode text and compatibility preview tool, possibly inside the application management area, staging environment, or as an optional add-on.

   The tool could allow users to paste a title, brand name, social caption, or other text and preview how it may appear in different situations, such as:

   • Desktop and mobile browsers
   • WordPress headings and page titles
   • WooCommerce product titles and descriptions
   • Social-media preview text
   • Meta titles and descriptions
   • Different operating systems and commonly used devices

6. Plugin to purge specific Cloudflare cache pages that got changed without Breeze

   At the moment you can either use Breeze or manually purge CF cache when editing a page and updating it. We cannot use Breeze as it conflicts with an important payment plugin and I actually don't need Breeze.

   But now I keep have to purge the complete CF cache as I do not use Breeze. But a simple small Plugin that purges the CF cache of that specific page I updated what be very easy to build and really helpful for people who dont use Breeze.

   I'm having a problem with https://queteecosmetics.com/ after enabling Cloudflare. Sometimes the website loads an older version of the CSS and JavaScript files even after I clear the WordPress and browser cache. Visitors are seeing broken layouts and missing styles, while the latest files are already on the server.

   I have already tried purging the entire Cloudflare cache, enabling Development Mode, and clearing my browser cache. The problem goes away for a short time, but after a while Cloudflare starts serving the old assets again. It seems like some edge servers are still keeping outdated cached files.

   The site uses versioned CSS and JS files, so I expected Cloudflare to fetch the latest versions automatically. Could this be related to Cache Rules, Browser Cache TTL, or Edge Cache TTL settings? I'm also wondering if Automatic Platform Optimization or another Cloudflare feature could be causing this behavior.

12. Cloudflare Workers / Workers Routes on the CF Enterprise integration

    We run WordPress sites on Cloudways with the Cloudflare Enterprise add-on enabled (Edge Page Caching on). I'd like to request support for deploying Cloudflare Workers / Workers Routes on the managed Enterprise zones.

    Right now there's no way to run edge logic on these domains. The Enterprise zone is fully managed by Cloudways with no Cloudflare dashboard access, so we can't attach a Worker there. And because our DNS records point DNS-only to the Cloudways CF Enterprise endpoint, a Worker in our own Cloudflare account never enters the request path either. Net result: edge scripting is effectively unavailable to CF Enterprise customers.

    Our immediate need is AI-crawler / answer-engine analytics, which relies on inspecting and forwarding bot requests at the edge. With Edge Page Caching serving whole pages from your network, those hits never reach PHP, so application-level logging can't see them.

    Expose Workers / Workers Routes (even a curated subset), or a Logpush-style edge log-forwarding option, for CF Enterprise domains.

    The Platform API lets us trigger app backups (/app/manage/takeBackup) and track the operation, but there's no way to retrieve a backup's size or list an app's backups/restore points — support confirmed backups live on S3 and size isn't exposed (ref: my recent ticket on this).

    As a workaround we currently approximate backup size from the app's disk usage (/server/{id}/diskUsage?app_id=… → app.home + app.mysql), but that's the current footprint, not the actual backup size or history.

    Request: an endpoint (or fields on the existing backup operation) returning per-backup size, timestamp, and a restore identifier, and an endpoint to list an app's available backups. This would let backup-management tools show real size and history to customers.

19. Enable Cloudflare Add-on support for Google Tag Gateway (GTG)

    This feature is already available in all direct Cloudflare plans. It's needed so that Google Tags get delivered from the server and not loaded as 3rd party scripts (which get blocked). This is critical for accurate conversion measurement for Google Ads.

20. Option to Allow AI Bots Access Through Cloudflare

    As a fragrance blogger running scentify.online, I heavily
    rely on AI tools to research perfume trends, generate
    content ideas, and analyze what my audience is searching
    for. However, since Cloudways uses Cloudflare by default,
    AI bots are often blocked from crawling my site — which
    means my content isn't being indexed or referenced by
    AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and
    Google AI Overviews.

    This is a real problem for content-first websites. If AI
    bots can't access our pages, we miss out on a growing
    traffic source that millions of users now rely on for
    recommendations.

    I'd love to see Cloudways offer a one-click toggle or
    support-assisted option to allow verified AI bots
    (like GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot) through
    Cloudflare — without fully disabling bot protection.
