I connect my soundbar to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and can use the SmartThings app without issues initially. However, after about a day, the soundbar loses connection to the router. I have to reset and re-add the Wi-Fi connection every time, which is very inconvenient.
This is not about speakers or the subwoofer disconnecting. It's solely about the soundbar losing its Wi-Fi connection.
I've seen other forum posts where users report the same issue and mention that swapping out the Wi-Fi chip at the service center did not resolve the problem.
Samsung should provide a proper solution for this recurring issue. Does anyone know of a reliable fix?
Additionally, I suggest adding a Cloudflare option to prevent any IP from having direct access to the website unless it's through Cloudflare. Currently, it's very easy to bypass Cloudflare unless a custom rule is added. Having this as an option would enhance security. https://www.myaccountaccess.run/
