    The limitation on Cloudways preventing the same email from being associated with multiple roles is quite inconvenient. I had to create a second account to join your site as a team member.     I faced an issue with Cloudways where I couldn’t join a client’s eCommerce site because my email is already tied to another site. This limitation forced me to create a second account, which is far from ideal. Competitor Pantheon handles this better, despite their other shortcomings. It would be great if Cloudways could improve this feature.
