Simplify onboarding further
I really appreciate the flexibility and performance Cloudways provides. It makes cloud hosting much more accessible compared to traditional providers level devil - not a troll game. A more guided, step-by-step setup wizard for first-time users would help reduce confusion, especially for beginners.

Add ECDSA option for free SSL installation from Let's Encrypt
Add ECDSA P-256 certificate option.
AI told me that it's faster, supported by all modern browsers, and consumes less server resources, and is offered free SSL installation from Let's Encrypt.

Console Improvements:
One idea is to enhance the console by adding customizable dashboards, so users can quickly see the metrics and controls that matter most to them. This would make management more efficient and user-friendly.

Clean up spam from Cloudways Feedback Portal & stop bots from posting.
The Cloudways feedback portal is riddled with bot submissions and spam comments. Please make an effort to clean it up and stop bots from posting.
My recommendation is to link the feedback portal to real cloudways accounts.

Cloudways Server Down Time – How to Minimize the Impact?
I’ve been using Cloudways for a few months now, and overall, the experience has been great. However, recently I’ve noticed a couple of instances where my server has experienced downtime for brief periods, which affects my site’s availability. I understand that no server is 100% uptime, but I’m wondering if there are any best practices to minimize the impact or prevent these downtimes from happening so frequently. geometry dash free

Open multiple Cloudways dashboards at once in browser.
Often I have to have the Cloudways dashboard open in more than one tab, and frequently it signs me out of another.
Often I'm working on multiple items, or need to copy information from one screen to another or carry on a support chat (and the chat bubble covers the information I need on screen).
When I have Cloudways open in more than one browser tab, I'm kicked out on one of them.

Login to Feedback portal with Cloudways login
You should be able to login to feedback.cloudways.com with your Cloudways login. In fact, you should be auto logged in when clicking on the link from the Cloudways Dashboard.

Why does unified.cloudways.com/login load like I'm on dial-up?
The current dashboard login page loads like a man trying to walk through mud wearing flippers. It doesn't matter what browser or what connection, it's always the same and takes an age to load. It never used to be like this!

Account level IP whitelist + improvements
You should add account level IP whitelist (and blacklist) so that we can add all of our third party services access without going into each server.
Other improvements that would be beneficial:
- Add a toggle to automatically whitelist Blogvault's migration servers.
- Add toggles for other popular services, for example WP Umbrella.

Allow an account to be the owner of one site and a member of another
I am the owner of my own tiny consulting company website. My client invited me by email to be a team member of their massive ecommerce site in cloudways but it fails because "this email is already an owner of another website". I have no idea how you could make the system this poorly designed when everything else rocks. As a consultant I am going to own my own web site and be a team member of a number of client websites (they need to be "owners" of their own sites as I may come and go from their team).…

Improve App View and Navigation Options in the Cloudways Dashboard
We would like to suggest the following improvements to enhance usability:
Adjustable Apps Per Page:
Allow users to select how many applications they want to display per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100). This is a standard feature in many interfaces that handle large datasets and would streamline app management.Grid View Option:
Introduce an optional grid view that shows applications in a card-based layout, including the app name, icon, and quick access tools. This would offer a more visual and user-friendly alternative to the current list format.1 vote -
Prevent errors when adding block storage
Change the words “attach block storage” to “replace with block storage” Attach means “add on to”, implying that the storage amount you are selecting is in addition to the amount you already have. It is not clear at all that you need to “Attach” your existing storage as well as any extra you require.
Prevent the process from starting if the requested amount of storage is less than the amount currently in use on the server -This is a bit of a no-brainer. If my site is using 100gb of storage, I shouldn’t be able to select “attach(ie replace) my…

Some location server can not be upgraded to the premium ones,
I noticed that when I am going to upgrade my standard server to premium ones, I can not scale it , the current server location does not have premium availability, I really need to upgrade it, and I do not want to change to other location and do not want to change my server IP .

Application status overview

The list of applications here is useless if you have more than 5 applications, unless the list shows the most accessed applications, most/last edited applications etc. It's unclear what the criteria is.https://unified.cloudways.com/apps
This has been suggested by others, but usually only one feature at a time. Here's an attempt to a complete suggestion:
- Whether the application is started or not and a button for switching that state.
- One or more "traffic lights" showing the overall health of the application: detected errors etc. Clicking on a light opens a page showing what's (possibly) wrong.
