How haven't Cloudways bothered to fix this yet? Are you even trying to run a professional hosting service? Clearly not. This is a deal breaker that it was even an issue, never mind you haven't bothered to address it in years, despite ongoing feedback.
With 2FA on all accounts it's not possible to use client logins, so collaboration is the ONLY option yet you cripple it with no explanation, or seemingly any attempt to fix it.
I have recommended Cloudways to a couple of clients, but as soon as this became apparent I stopped (2 years ago...) and clearly still can't recommend you because of this, but also the seeming disregard for essential feature requests from your paying customers.
