    As a growing New York Roofing Company expanding into white-label hosting, we're exploring platforms like Cloudways to support our multiple client websites efficiently. Having application-level usage alerts for bandwidth and disk space is essential to ensure fair resource distribution—especially when clients are on tiered plans. Manual auditing isn't scalable with 50+ clients, and a feature like custom Cloudways Bot thresholds per app would be a game-changer. We're really impressed with Cloudways’ overall performance and user experience, but this functionality is critical for us to move forward confidently as a reseller.
