I completely agree with this feedback. For many users, trial servers are actively used as development or staging environments, and losing them due to a single early warning can be very costly.
A 3-day prior email alone is easy to miss, especially if the email goes to spam or the user is busy. Adding multiple reminders (for example at 24 hours, 12 hours, and a final 1–2 hours before deletion) would significantly reduce accidental data loss and frustration.
Even better would be:
Dashboard alerts inside the Cloudways console
An option to pause deletion or extend the trial once
Clear visual countdown warnings on the server page
