This happens because Cloudways seems to allow only one active session per account/browser cookie jar, so opening a second dashboard tab can invalidate the first session. Workarounds that usually solve it:
1) Use a separate browser profile (Chrome Profile A vs Profile B) so each dashboard has its own cookies/session.
2) Or use two different browsers (Chrome + Firefox).
3) As a quick option, keep one dashboard in a normal window and the other in an Incognito window (separate cookie storage).
4) If you’re switching between multiple accounts, make sure each account uses a different profile to avoid token overwrites.
This would be much better if Cloudways supported multiple concurrent sessions or “trusted device” sessions per tab/team member. https://puzzio.io/
