    That’s a reasonable concern. Changing the temporary URL during recovery can definitely create issues with theme assets, media paths, and plugin configurations, especially when absolute URLs are stored in the database. Updating the siteurl and home values in the wp_options table can help resolve it temporarily, but it still adds unnecessary steps after restoration. Ideally, the recovery process should preserve the original domain settings or allow users to confirm the primary URL before completing the restore. This would reduce post-recovery troubleshooting and configuration errors.
